Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Engineering & Technical Services Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing engineering support, technical analysis, and solutions to ensure the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our systems, equipment, and processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for equipment failures and process inefficiencies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and implement new systems or modifications.
  • Manage and oversee maintenance schedules, service agreements, and technical documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with engineering standards, health & safety regulations, and quality assurance protocols.
  • Provide training and technical guidance to operational teams and junior technicians.
  • Assist in project planning, budgeting, and reporting of engineering activities.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field).
  • 3–5 years of experience in a technical/engineering support role.
  • Solid understanding of technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals.
  • Experience with CAD software, CMMS systems, and industrial automation tools is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement.

  • Occasional travel to client or supplier sites.
  • May require working outside normal office hours during critical projects or shutdowns.
