Following the start of mobilisation in June 2025, Qala Shallows has now entered a key on-site execution phase. During the quarter, West Wits began transporting previously stockpiled ore to the Ezulwini Processing Plant, operated by Sibanye-Stillwater, under our toll treatment agreement. An external logistics contractor manages the transport, with the ore stockpiled on a dedicated pad reserved for the company. This staged stockpiling process will continue into the first quarter of 2026, at which point ore processing is expected to commence, leading to the first gold pour.
