EoI and Tender Process

West Wits follows a structured procurement process for all Expressions of Interest (EoIs) and tenders. The process below outlines how service providers engage with us once an EoI or tender is issued.

Supplier Database

West Wits Mining maintains a supplier database to support future procurement requirements. Registration on the supplier database does not guarantee participation in a specific tender or EoI process.

Suppliers who wish to be considered for future opportunities may apply to be included by submitting the required documentation to procurement@westwitsmining.com:

  • Business Profile
    Must clearly outline your company background, services, and capabilities.
  • CIPC / CIDC Registration Certificate
  • COIDA Certificate
  • Certified ID Copies of Shareholder(s)
  • Bank Confirmation Letter or Proof of Bank Account
  • SARS Tax Compliance Status
  • Valid B-BBEE SANAS Certificate
  • 2–3 Contactable References
    References must be from recent clients and include contact details.
