DP023-02 – Civils for Ore Handling Facility

West Wits is seeking a service provider to do the civils for the Ore Handling Facility
High-Level Requirements
Civils for the Ore Handling Facility which will include the following:
- 1 x dumping/loading bay for low-grade ore 30m x 25m
- 2 x dumping/loading bays for stope ore 30m x 25m
- The stockpile areas will have reinforced concrete slabs
- Areas immediately outside the bays will be constructed of cementitious stabilised soils
- Construction of an 8m wide silt trap. It will be constructed of concrete.
- Retaining walls to be constructed of “Rocla” type Alfablocks with the cavities filled with concrete.
QC/QA EAP clearance

The detailed scope of work will be shared with shortlisted candidates, who may also be contacted for further engagement, such as site visits and formal quotation submissions.
