- Provide continuous real-time monitoring of all connected gas sensors, with live operational data accessible from surface installations, including the Mine Control Room.
- Generate both audible and visual alarms whenever measured gas concentrations exceed predefined statutory, safety, or user-configurable exposure thresholds.
- Automatically generate and transmit SMS notifications to designated personnel when alarm conditions, critical events, communication failures, or other predefined system events occur.
- Maintain historical records of gas readings, alarm events, acknowledgements, and system status changes for reporting, analysis, and regulatory compliance purposes.
- Include a backup power supply capable of sustaining uninterrupted operation of the monitoring, communication, alarm, and notification functions during power outages or interruptions for a predefined minimum backup duration.
