Notice Required Under ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1
West Wits Mining Limited (ASX: WWI) (“West Wits” or “the Company”) advises that the 2026 Annual
General Meeting of shareholders is scheduled to be held on 11 November 2026. Accordingly, for the
purposes of ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, the Company advises that the closing date for director nominations
is 30 September 2026.
This announcement has been approved by the Chairman.
